I had just taken on an interim executive director role in a social service agency and we needed to make a change in our finance leader. I knew of Leroy’s work in another agency and I asked him to come in and take over our director of finance role. We were not able to arrange any transition, but Leroy came in and hit the ground running. He quickly pulled together financial reports and was reporting to the Board within a week of arriving. Leroy and his TCOBI team work virtually whenever they can but are on site whenever they are needed. We are in the process of a multiagency integration that will be complete in about 7 months and Leroy will manage the transition for us. Leroy, through TCOBI, normally performs a transitional role in finance with the companies that he supports.  These roles are often on a short term contract or a part-time basis.  Leroy showed his commitment to our assignment by altering his business model to accomodate the needs of Dejero as we were going through an aggressive growth curve. With Dejero growing and changing so quickly, it became apparent that we needed his services much longer than his normal assignments.
